"Our mission is to provide the best possible care to every person that walks through our door, and our goal for every person is to find a way to keep their body from getting in the way of their life to the best of our abilities. We will provide an inviting, comfortable environment, making people feel welcomed and at ease when they come for care. We will continue to learn and improve our knowledge and skills to ensure that all of our patients will always receive the highest quality care that we are capable of providing."
Who we are
Dr. Libby Larson
Dr. Larson graduated, cum laude, from Northwestern Chiropractic College in Bloomington, MN in 2008 and has over 10 years of experience working in direct patient care. Upon graduating, she joined her former classmate and colleague, Dr. Michele Renee in her starting 3 Bears Chiropractic & Wellness in South Minneapolis, where she stayed, building her early practice for a year and a half. In early 2010, she realized that it was the right time to step out on her own and open the practice she had been dreaming of for quite some time, Touch of Health Wellness Center.
Dr. Larson uses a "full body" approach to the care that she gives her patients. knowing that everything is connected, she chooses to address not only the source of one's concerns, but also address the further reaching effects of those concerns. She strongly believes that maintaining joint motion and proper neurological function are the keys to restoring and maintaining proper body functioning.

Zac graduated from Northwestern Health Science University in August 2018 for therapeutic massage. He has always been interested in health and wellness and spending time finding ways to bring less stress to those around him. He loves to help others learn more about their body and ways to take care of whatever they are feeling.
Whether it is our jobs, stress, pain, tension, or just looking to relax and have a moment of “you time”, he is looking to help provide that moment, to reduce the sensation felt and increase wellness! Car accidents, trauma, stress, pain, tension, sports or repetitive motion issues, and more, he is always looking to do his best to bring out the best in those he works with. He always has believed you can bring a smile to anyone’s face if you have one on yours as well as if your body is happy you will be also.
